Upon starting the unit, the flames work and the heat blows. After about 30 seconds, the heater no longer blows out heat.

I’ve had my unit for 4 winters without trouble. Tried it the 1st time in 6mos. Turns ON, shows flames, 72-immediately shows 88, red/green lights, no flame, had to unplug to turn it off. Suggestions? Thank you!

Product is great so far but the bottom front trim piece and bottom right trim piece were recently damaged by my dogs. Is there any chance to buy replacements?

I purchased the FP26-1A. I have read the instructions, watched the video and am still not able to get the heater to work. If I hold the heater button down, it will not give me the temperature of 72. It flashes the log flames instead.

Hello, you would actually need to push the heater button once first quickly to bring up the number on the display, and then push and hold the heater button again until it flashes (5-6 seconds) and then you can start changing the temperature. If your logs are flashing now as soon as you press the heater button, your unit is locked; press and hold on the heater button for 10 seconds until the logs blink again to unlock it, then proceed to the steps above. I just bought this tv stand on 11/24/17 and it has now started the click noise after about 2 minutes of being on and the heater quits working
