Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great piece We bought this unit a week ago and are very pleased with it. The console is a good looking, well built/designed piece of furniture. The insert fireplace has moderate level of control but lacks fan and heat adjust-ability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Fireplace Purchased 1 yr ago! This was our Christmas present last year! Still, love it. We don't regret anything, yes putting it together took a few hours but no major problems. It works great, it's beautiful and we have enjoyed many hours in front of it.

My mother has the FP-26-2, the unit puts out heat but there is no flame. There is no information to determine which part is bad. Can you please advise where I can find some information to troubleshoot.
