Hi,
I purchased this desk and love it. My only problem is that papers have fallen behind the drawer, into the back of the desk and I can't figure out how to remove the drawer to access them. Can you please tell me how I can do this? Thanks so much.

Hello Rebekah345, thank you for purchasing our product. If you need to remove the utility drawer, please pull the drawer all the way out, then simultaneously push the plastic release lever of the ball bearing slide up on one side and down on the other side, and then pull the tray completely out. Height from bottom of desk to floor is 24.57 inches; width between bases/legs is 41.34 inches.

I just purchased this and had an easy time assembling...until I had to remove the draw to get rid of the Styrofoam. The drawer does not go back in correctly. I've tried just about every way to work with the ball bearing, and I cannot figure it out
